To access the full range of 1824's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party using your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 1824 support team immediately.
The information you provide during registration must be truthful and accurate. 1824 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID or passport) at any time to confirm the validity of an account. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

All financial transactions on the 1824 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their accounts are from legitimate sources and belong to them personally. 1824 does not accept third-party funds.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change. All successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe applicable to your chosen payment method. 1824 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
For withdrawals, you are required to complete the identity verification process (KYC) before your first withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected and may take up to three to five business days. 1824 reserves the right to withhold or cancel withdrawals where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms.
Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, including unauthorised chargebacks, may result in immediate account suspension and appropriate legal action. All completed transactions are final unless otherwise stated by 1824.

1824 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and without prior notice in cases of terms violations, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of a competent authority. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, 1824 reserves the right to forfeit any winnings or balances obtained through means that violate our rules. Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 1824 support team.
1824 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the 1824 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
